Baby Face Magic Diaper Babies Figures
The Baby Face Magic Diaper Babies were Magic Diaper Babies rebranded with the Baby Face logo to stimulate sales here in the US. Although Magic Diaper Babies were a very hot seller abroad, the sales here were lukewarm. I think that Galoob marketing thought that my linking the Magic Diaper Babies to their number one selling Baby Face dolls would help sales here. We will never know if that strategy was correct, as Baby Face were cancelled before the sales of the Baby Face branded Diaper Babies could be evaluated. This is a complete set of the Baby Face branded Magic Diaper Babies MOC. Click on any image to see a larger view.
There was also a Baby Face Tub and Shower Set and a Waterslide Set. I have these somewhere but could not find them to photograph, so temporarily here are pictures I got from eBay to show you what they look like.
Only the sets pictured here were sold in the US. Because the Magic Diaper Babies were such a hot collectable overseas, many other types of Magic Diaper Babies were made for international sale that were not available in the US. We will be making a whole seperate section for them to come in the More By Mel section of the website.
